Project Brief:
Objective: To map the universe of grocery outlets of Indore; to check awareness & purchase behavior of outlets in
Staples Category (include sugar, oil, flour, pulses, grains, dry fruits etc. )
Stage 1:
a. Mapping of groceries inside and nearby Societies as most of the people are working from home currently and hence consumption
would be high in these outlets
Stage 2:
a. Map out all the hotels, restaurants, and college hostels
Stage 3:
a. Big Key Accounts like defence and others if any.
Problem Statement for Selection

Objective:
To increase distribution by 3X , within the city limits of 50 kms radius in Indore in 2 months

Deliverables:
1. Indore Market Buyer Base Data Set to be prepared
2. Check the awareness of Udaan in the market among the buyers
3. Depending upon the analysis, the ground team will be aligned to add the outlets to our distribution network

Questions :
1. What do you think would be the right strategy to expand the distribution in Grocery channel?
2. Since there is no ready-made data available, how will you go about the entire process of gathering the data set?
3. How will you connect with the outlets online and still be able to maintain the quality of data?
