Music Video

It is proposed that the music video will be of 4 minutes duration, filmed at


different London tourist locations like Hyde Park, Camden, Glenthorne High
School and south bank edited at our Sutton facility.

The music video will be aimed at people aged 16-25 years old.

The music video will show will show 3 teenaged girls having fun and messing
around in and around London while bringing along the viewer. It represents the
youth of today and how they socialise with their peers.
Several locations have been visited and a shortlist has been drawn up:
Suggested locations are:
Camden
Soho
Hyde Park
South Bank
China Town
The Underground
Glenthorne High School
The music video will include the following:
a) The artists will be lip-syncing in front of colourful background (green
screen) and also the London locations.
b) The artist will be taking the viewer along with them on their journey
c) The artists will be have a picnic in Hyde Park
d) The artists will teach the viewer to penny board
e) The artists will take the viewer to bubbletea to have a drink at the end of
the day
All these will link together as sequence of a day out with friends in London.
Structure
The music video will be in colour and in PAL DV Widescreen.
The music video will start with a brightly coloured title satiating the name of the
song and the band name. After this shot it will cut the artist boarding the train
cross cut with a close-up of them singing the start of the song. The rest of the
video will contain a montage of the artist in London and the lip-syncing in the
green room.

Schedule
The production will be produced within the timescale that will be indicated by our
shooting and editing schedules. B.L.P will ensure that all location filming is
carefully planned to take into account the safety of the crew and the general
public and any production contingencies. The finished music video will be
available for viewing at an appropriate time in order for any changes to be made
before the suggested release date.

Sources of requirements
B.L.P will hire their equipment from Glenthorne High School. The actors and
artists will be hire from Hiorhey records; the actors and artists will be provided
with props and costumes from Topshop and Boohoo.
Guarantee of Satisfaction

Initial discussion on the music video content will take place.


Production equipment will be used in a safe operational manner at all
times.
Public Liability Insurance to the sum of 1,000,000 covers lucky
Management.
A copy of all rushes (camera original material) will be supplied on
request in DVD format.
A rough cut (initial trial edit) version of the music video will be supplied
for inspection and discussion.
A meeting to discuss the final master version will be organised with a
focus group of interested parties.
The completed music video will be provided on DVD for inspection.
The completed music video will not be released until the client is
completely satisfied with technical quality and content.
