1. SECTION [Times New Roman, 11- point, bold, upper case and
alignment left]
All the pages of the paper should have the same size - 17 x 24 cm. The
margins should be top 2.0 cm; bottom - 2.0 cm; left - 2.5 cm; right - 2.0 cm.
All the text must be in one column format and Times New Roman, 11 pt, line
spacing single must be used (except figures and tables). The font size for tables
and figures is Times New Roman, 10 pt. Leave one blank lines before the
sections [Times New Roman, 11 point, normal, alignment justify, upper and
lower case, 0,75cm indent]
The papers will be written in English and their length should be between 6
and 12 pages.
Please submit two files for the final paper. The first file should not include
the name or any other detail of the authors. The second file should include all
the details regarding the authors.
Sections should be numbered consecutively, using Arabic numerals (e.g. 1,
2, 3 etc.)

Leave one blank lines (11 point) before the section title .
2. REFERENCES, FIGURES AND TABLES
References and citations should follow the Harvard style. The citation
number of a bibliographical reference in text must be Harvard style.
All references should be cited in the text. Please do not use footnotes to
quote an author. Use the name of author and year of publication format in
the actual text, as follows: one author (Sandu, 2001), two authors (Sandu &
Baciu, 2002), or more than two authors (Sandu et al., 2003). When you use
quotations, tables, figures, please mention the page number of the quoted
resource (Alistar, 2001, p. 75).
A list of the references in alphabetical order should be given at the end of
the paper using Times New Roman, 10-point, normal, alignment justify, upper
and lower case.
Equations should be centered and numbered consecutively. Text of the
equations: Times New Roman, 11 pt., single space.

The number of the table, graphic or figure will be presented in bold, before
the name of the item, both aligned to the center. The name of the item will be
presented in bold, using the same font as the rest of the text, and placed on the
top of the table, graphic or figure. The bibliographic source (when existing) will
be centered and placed below the figure, table or graphic, centered, 10pt.
Figures, tables and graphics should be centred, numbered and accompanied
by a legend. Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively (e.g. Table
1, Table 2; Figure 1, Figure 2).
The number of the table, graphic or figure will be mentioned in the text in a
parenthesis (fig. 1); (table 1). Graphics will be clearly executed black/white.
