ranssexual will find offensive) is someone that identifies with a physical sex t
hat is different from the one they were born with. This is an IDENTITY issue.
A shemale is a semi-derogatory term for a male-to-female transsexual that works
in the sex industry. Calling a transsexual woman a shemale implies this and will
usually offend them (unless they are, of course). It's like calling any woman a
hooker.
Ladyboys, or katoeys, are terms that usually refer to the shemales that work in
Thailand and other areas in the far East (katoey is the Thai word for them, newh
alf is the Japanese translation). However, ladyboy could be applied to any trans
girl. It is still somewhat derogatory.
A hermaphrodite is someone who is born intersexed which means they are born with
both a penis and a vagina.
The term "trap" is a misnomer. Technically, ANY of these that have convinced you
that they were genetically female for any period of time only to later find out
that they have a penis were traps. It does not matter if they are a transwoman
that has implants that lives a normal life or an androgynous, pre-hormone treatm
ent, non-op shemale. If you were tricked, it was a trap. However, camwhoring ama
teur shemales and crossdressers on 4chan and 7chan have taken it upon themselves
to call what they do "trapping", even though passable ones are fucking rare.
