M embers of Wasagam-
ing RCMP executed
a search warrant on a resi-
dence in the R.M. Clanwil-
liam which resulted in the
seizure of over $100,000
worth of marijuana plants,
loose marijuana and
equipment related to grow-
ing marijuana.
The seizure took place
Monday at approximately
1 p.m. and comes after a
year long investigation in
which it was believed mari-
juana was being grown and
cultivated at the residence.
Ten fire arms, which
were improperly stored,
were also seized from the
premises during Monday’s
raid.
