Job Description

b  Monitor and control of the Unit/Plant Operation parameters and coordinate with the other Operators in regard to all related activities

OR

Worked as Local Operator in NOMAC plants for a minimum of 4 years

Preferred
Bachelor of Engineering.

Minimum Experience

Minimum

4 years in the similar positionin any of the following type: Conventional, Combined cycle, Cogeneration, Water Desalination Plants like RO, MSF,
MED etc., and Renewable Energy type (Solar, Wind Mills etc.) plants..

Preferable

Extensive experience as CCR Operator in any of the following type: Conventional, Combined cycle, Cogeneration, Water Desalination Plants like
RO, MSF, MED etc., and Renewable Energy type (Solar, Wind Mills etc.) plants.

Required Skills

Generic awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles

Knowledge of identification, classification and disposal of waste

Knowledge of Emission Monitoring

Knowledge of environmental and health impact of chemicals being used in the plant

Knowledge of firefighting equipment

Knowledge of PPE and safety equipment

Knowledge of First aid measures

Should be well conversed with Power/Water plant operational activities.

Interpersonal communication skills.

Analytical skills.

Hazard Risk Assessment capability

Aspect Impact Assessment knowledge

Basic computer skills

Desired certification / Job specific skill / Training

ISO9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 awareness/working knowledge is preferred.

Education
