Running head: LEVEL 3 EVALUATION

Level 3 Evaluation
The level 3 evaluation will focus on the evaluation of the transfer and application of
skills and knowledge by the student on the job. In order to measure this concept, it is ideal to
monitor development of the students through aspects of internships. This is through the
development of a questionnaire in which students will fill as they undertake their internship
as part of the development during the course. This strategy is vital in the evaluation of the
level of performance of the learners under the influence of interference. This level 3
evaluation will also provide an opportunity for the enhancement and adjustment of the course
and lessons to integrate variations on job environment. This strategy is also valuable to
enhance the transfer skills and knowledge by the students on the job by addressing challenges
and obstacles identified in the evaluation form.
The time frame or cycle for the level 3 evaluation will be four weeks. This will
provide the students with sufficient opportunity to interact with the job environment thus the
development of the ability to identify and note challenges. The time cycle will also facilitate
effective collection and interpretation of data.
The level 3 evaluation will involve students, employment supervisors, and the
instructor. Students will fill various questionnaires on the development of the intern and
various conditions in relation to the job. As the instructor, my role will be to review the data
from the students and supervisors. Supervisors will offer report on the overall performance of
the student during the evaluation period.
