CLEANING SERVICE CONTRACT

THIS AGREEMENT is made the 01th day September 2014 between


Vintage Height Sdn Bhd
(hereinafter reffered to as the Contractor) of the other part.
(SARAWANAN A/L BATHUMALAI); SBS MAJU JAYA ENTERPRISE
WHEREAS:1. The contractor conducts its business as cleaning contractor under the same name of
2. The contractor had agreed with the Client to undertake the cleaning of the premises at
(hereinafter referred to as the said Premises in accordance with the work specification
annexe hereto as Annexure A for them and upon the terms and conditions hereinafter
contained.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESS as follows :1. The agreement shall be for the period of One (1) year period commencing from 1st
October 2014 and expiring on 30th September 2015 but many be renewed by mutual
agreement
2. In Consideration of the Contractor rendering the cleaning services the Client shall pay
to the Contractor the sum of Ringgit Malaysia

per month which shall be paid within Thirty day (30) days from the date of invoices.
This agreement can be terminated by either with a written notice of 30 days
It is a condition of this Agreement that the client hereby undertakes that he will not
during the term of this Agreement or within a period of 6 months after its expiration
offer to employ any of the Contractors employees.
The Client shall ensure that all its valueables are properly locked up and kept in a safe
place at all times and the contractor shall not be held responsible for any loss and
damage to its valuables in the event that the Client omits,neglects or fails to do so.
The Contractor shall not be liable for any loss,damage or injury arising from the
breaking or disintegration of any cracked.defective or broken part of the client during
the cleaning services by the contractors employee enless it is caused by contractor
negligence.
The contractor shall provide,at their own cost,necessary chemicals and materials to
carry out the cleaning services that he agreed to be supplied hereunder.

8. The client shall provide,free of charge,all necessary supply of water and electricity
required for the proper and efficient execution of the cleaning services at the said
Premises by the contractor
9. The contractor shall not be liable for failure to carry out work if prevented from
doing so as a result of any trade dispute,strike,lockout or circumstances beyond the
Contractors control.
10. No change or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and
signed by the parties to this agreement.
11. Any notice required to be served pursuant to this agreement by either party hereto to
other shall be in writing and may be delivered or sent by registerd post to the last
known address of the party to whom such notice is sent and notice so sent by
registered post shall deemed to have been delivered and served at the time when in
the ordinary course of post it would have been so delivered and served.

will provide a replacement if the regular cleaner is sick
or unavailable.In case are not able to provide a replacement on time
will pay the client the whole amount at which the cleaning work has been estimated.
13. This Contractor contains the entire agreement of the parties,and there are no other
promises or conditions in any other agreement wheter oral or written concerning the
subject matter of this Contract.This Contract supersedes any prior written or oral
agreement between the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties hereto have caused this contract to be executed by their daily
authorized representatives as of the date first above written.

5.0 Payment terms

The client shall not,during the term of the contract or after its expiry,offer to employ any of our staff.
