Communicate with clients and brokers regarding orders and execution while providing market colour.
Advise clients on CS cash, swap or p-note trading platforms for each MENA market.
Liaise between client and internal onboarding teams to set-up client to trade.
Arrange and coordinate conference calls with CS research analysts, whilst providing access to CS internal
research portal.
Monitor and report client trading profit/loss to determine commissions generated by product, geography etc.
Provide regular updates to clients on major research ideas, company hosted conference calls and CS global
conferences.
Executive Assistant for the Middle East for the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman for Credit Suisse for Europe,
Middle East and Africa, as well as supporting the Head of Regional Management for the Middle East and North
Africa.
Central contact for the coordination of complex Middle East schedules for the CEO/Chairman and leading
international banking/corporate senior management; including but not limited to, requesting high level business
meetings with Family Offices, Financial Institutions and Sovereign Wealth Funds throughout the region.
Successful execution and main point of contact for meeting and travel schedule for Credit Suisse Group CEO and
extensive entourage visiting 5 Gulf cities in 5 days.
Executive Assistant to Partner Managing Director and Co-Global Head of the Special Situations Group (SSG), and head
of the European, Hong Kong and Tokyo SSG divisions.
Complex diary management and scheduling senior level, cross divisional meetings over changing time zones, travel
schedules, expenses, and other adhoc requests.
Regular liaison with the PMDs assistants located in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo.

Working knowledge of trading applications: Bloomberg, Fidessa, Goman, CETS IOIs, Terrafirma
Working knowledge of Securities applications: Cental Master Service (CMS), Eventview, Rapport
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word
