DIRECTIONS TO CAMBRIDGE HOSPITAL
FROM THE NORTH
Route 93 South to Sullivan Square, Charlestown exit. Bear left onto ramp and go over
overpass. Take right after Bunker Hill Community College onto Prison Point Bridge. Take right
at first set of lights. Bear left at Lechmere Square onto Cambridge Street. Drive two miles.
The Hospital is on the right.
FROM THE SOUTH:
Take Route 93 N (Southeast Expressway) through Boston. Pass through Liberty Tunnel and
over Leonard Zakim Bridge. Get off at Exit 29 (Somerville/Everett). Stay in left lane when you
get off the exit. Follow the Route 28 South signs and take a left at the next light onto Mystic
Ave. Continue following the Route 28 signs (Route 28 Cambridge) and take a right at the next
light. Go straight through the next two lights and go over the railroad bridge. Stay in left lane
and take a left onto McGrath Highway. Bear right onto Washington St exit. Go straight through
two lights. At third light, take a right onto 7 th street. Go to end and take a right onto Cambridge
Street. Go straight through Inman Square. Cambridge Hospital will be on your right hand side.
FROM THE WEST:
Route 2 to Alewife. Go around rotary and left onto Alewife Brook Parkway, North. At lights, take
right onto Massachusetts Avenue. At Porter Square Center, bear left onto Beacon Street to
Inman Square. Right on Cambridge Street. The Hospital is on the right.
USING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Red Line: Take the Red Line train to Harvard Square, and then get on the #69 bus (Harvard to
Lechmere via Cambridge Street) to the Cambridge Hospital stop.
Green Line: Take the Green Line trolley to Lechmere Station and then get on the #69 bus
(Lechmere to Harvard via Cambridge Street) to the Cambridge Hospital stop.
Bus Routes:
#69 (Harvard Square to Lechmere Station via Cambridge Street) stops in front of the hospital.
#83 (Central Square to Rindge Avenue) Stops at Inman Square. Hospital is two blocks toward
Harvard Square.
#91 (Sullivan to Central Square) Stop at Inman Square. Hospital is two blocks toward Harvard
Square.
