Dear Sirs,
In reference to service confact D391/15/N-N1/KB1-SLBSEAC0, with the request from Vietsovpetro for
Completion Equipment sped' ication changes, as outlined in Schlumberger letter from Vietsovpetro dated
25* June 2015 and Schlumkerger fax letter dated 07" August 2015, Schlumberger proposed to provide
additional preparation service at Schlumberger Vung Tau bass facilities to ensure adequate make up of
tubulars and pressure testing prior to loading out to the rig for Vietsovpetro operation.
Shipment will arrive at Ho Chi Minh airport at midnight of Saturday 22 August 2015 and customs
clearance and local transponation will be handled by Vietsovpetro 35 per delivery incoterm CPT Tan Son
Nhat airport Because of tight drilling schedule and Vietsovpetro operation requirement for loading out on
27* August 2015, Schlumberj er respectfully requests support from Vietaovpetro port and Logistics Division
(XT Nghip Djch V) to complete customs clearance process and deliver completion equipment to
Schlumberger Vung Tau base on I P August 2018. Furthermore, in order to accelerate the additional works
required by VSP at Schlunberger Vung Tau base, the shipment should be delivered straight to
Schlumberger Vung Ta ba: e after customs clearance is completed and Schlumberger also requests
Independent Inspection Company to come and expedite their work at our Schlumberger Vung Tau base in
