REMARKS:
1/-Special conditions:
- Delivery time in this order is estimated and may be corrected according to the current requirement, updated drilling plan, casing-ex stock by the moment of technical
proposal evaluation.
-Suppliers must submit all informations approved by manufacturer according this evaluated criteria in their technical proposals (including technical specification: moment
make up torque, tensile yield, torsional strength...). Otherwise, will be disqualified out of tender.
-Supplier must submit VSP license for sale or authorization support letter from manufacturer. Otherwise, supplier who did not submit license for sale from manufacture in their
quotation will be disqualified out of tender.
-Any incorrect quoted parameter may be the reason of disqualification the quotation out of the tender.
-The Pipes that manufactured in G-7 + Russia , but assembled coupling and/or threading in the orther countries will be accepted as “Other countries”.
-The quotation with delivery in Vung Tau more than 1.5 months than orderd time may be disqualified.
- The supplier who quoted the product passed through the first trial will be received 100% point at item 3.2.3.
- For the convenience in use, the quotations with shoulder to shoulder length more than 13.0m meters may not be accepted.
- For all items with premium connection: all casing must be tested and passed by API 5C5 and/or ISO:13679/CAL Level IV (in efffect). Suppliers must submit result of test
(Mill test protocol)
2/-Minimum passing points:
-The quotation will be accepted for the next step of evaluation if it gets minimum 80% of technical points.

3/-Other suggestion:
-Quality & Testing certificates must be supplied for each joint.
- Material mill test: mechanical properties, chemical compositons
4/-Buying for trial purpose:

For new manufacturer or a new product (who gets minimum technical point), depending on the actual situation (casing stock, well condition) at the time of the expected delivery

+ Bidders must provide information of implementation similar contracts (on providing casing) in last 3 years.
+ The quoted price for each type and size is the lowest. And for second trial VSP will consider to buy a maximum of 50% quality of each ordered item if the quoted price for each
type and size is the lowest.
