actually an island. It turns to be a
peninsula. But when the high tide
and when the rain comes, the sea
at East and the West coasts of the
island meet together, thus,
submerging the narrow strip of
land that connects it to the
mainland making it an island.
Relatively flat. It is an island and a
peninsula in one.

here is so vibrant. It has its own
gasoline station, grocery store,
food manufacturing and some
satellite gov. c agencies serving

REMARKS

Site A is preferred because the size

of the lot is enough for a resort.
Site A is preferred because the site
has a private feel. It is not near the
busy highway, nevertheless, it is still
accessible because it is only less
than kilometer way from the
highway.

Either Site A or Site C is preferred.

This two has a relatively flat
surface and it is not easily flooded,
unlike Site B which is usually known
to be flooded during heavy
rainfall.
All sites are preferred because
they all have access to all public
utility systems.
Site A is preferred because the site
is not that crowded with other big
structures. The view of nature is
well-maintained.

Site A orientation towards the sea

is the best especially for viewing
the sunset.
All sites are located in just one
region so they experience the
same rainy weather from May to
September and Sunny weather to
the rest of the year.
All sites were preferred,
population doesnt have much
effect on the site.
