PP planned number of admitted students can be adjusted in compliance with Art.17, Sect.3
of the Statute of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra
Study programmes taught in English language require a tuition fee. The tuition fee in a fulltime study programme is 700 Euros per academic year.
General information about admission procedure
Deadline for applications: 21st March 2016
Applicants can use one application to sign up for several study programmes with
a single registration fee. Proof of payment must be attached to the application. Without proof
of payment the application will not be registered. After the selection procedure the
applicant shall receive only one admission/rejection decision for all study programmes
he/she has applied for.
We do not send an acknowledgement of receipt of the application to the faculty.

CV (original signed by the applicant)
Application form and medical certificate concerning medical fitness to study at a university
proof of payment of the fee for the admission procedure ( invitation to the admission
procedure will be sent only to those applicants who have attached the proof of payment of the
admission fee.
Foreign students, respectively students who passed the school leaving examination abroad
apart from the mandatory attachments - are required to attach to the Application Form
(http://www.uniag.sk/en/admission.requirements/):

Proof of equivalence of qualification - in case the proof of qualification was issued

by a foreign school of a country with which the agreement on mutual recognition of
equivalence of educational documents has been concluded the applicant must submit
evidence of the equivalence.

Decision on the recognition of the validity of document (mutual recognition of

documents) must be submitted by students from other countries.

Proof of equivalence of qualification or Decision on the recognition of the validity of

document is issued by the District Office in Nitra, Department of Education, Section for

Selection procedure fees

Fees for the admission procedure (hereinafter FEE) for the 1st level study programme at the
Faculty of Economics and Management in the academic year 2016/2017:
Electronic application sent in printed form:

Payment of the FEE depends on what form of application you choose:

instruction in the electronic application form,
Standard application form (paper form you purchased at EVT, printed from the FEM

Selection board meeting

Foreign applicants for the bachelor study programme will be admitted in accordance with the
assessment of their total study average and according to the evaluation of the submitted
documentation without taking entrance exams.
The admission/rejection decision will be sent to students (in compliance with Art.58, Sect. 7
of the Act no.131/2002 Coll.) within 8 days from the date of the admission board decision
by registered post.
