more number of employment, the serious issue of unemployment could be solved and poverty can
be eliminated from the country.
There is an old Chinese saying that Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day;
Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. This is what ni-msme and its partner institutions
are performing for a very long period of time. Rather than mere conductance of the training
programmes, they also conduct appropriate follow up after every training programme. Through
necessary follow up measures, they take into consideration various suggestions being put forward
by the trainees and make corrective measures in the upcoming training programmes. This is how nimsme brings in large number of entrepreneurial successful stories every year.
