Worked at U. Pennsylvania with a graduate student analyzing student interviews using
Atlas.ti software.
Wrote a research paper titled Research Study on Leadership at The Haverford School in
June 2012.
Presented the findings of the study to the Head of the school and other faculty in June

Became adept at using statistical analysis software; learned how to write a report on
findings of statistical data.

As the lone senior and main researcher, had to motivate the other students to do their
parts.
