MESSAGE FROM
THE SU PRESIDENT
JAYASINGAM ADHURAN
SU President
On behalf of the Student Union team January 2016 semester it gives me immense pleasure to pen this message to the SU semester report. The sole aim to compile this report is not only to show the performance but
also to implement a cohesive and transparent SU reporting system.
It was a great opportunity for me to represent the whole student community of this great institute. I would like
to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire student community of AIT, who have been behind our interest to
work. We always considered student interest and student concerns as our prime motive and we always
worked with a motive of fulfilling your needs and interests. We as a team tried our best to organize various
events which made the students to indulge in all activities and we hope all the events left a trail in the heart of
every student.
I would like to express my special gratitude to AIT administration and OFAM for their kind support and
guidance given to us. Further, I would like to thank the faculties and staff for their valuble services to SU and
the student community at large.
A special word of gratitude to all the volunteers of different committees who worked really hard to bring out
lively and memorable events. From the bottom of heart, I would like to thank my SU team members who toiled
to bring their best in every possible way. Without them it would have been impossible to achieve things. Last
but not the least, I would like to thank the SU media team for their great effort in compiling this report. I hope
this work is continued by the forthcoming student union teams.
