to
be a Divergent. The place she lives is
divided into 5 factions. Where the citizens
get to pick what they are meant to be.
Theres Dauntless, which means brave,
theres Amity, which means peaceful,
theres Erudite, which means Intelligent, This is Tris underground
theres Abnegation, which means selfless, fighting.
and then the last one is Candor, which
means honest.
Before they choose the factions they feel
like they belong. They have to take the
aptitude test, to show what faction
theyre suitable for. Her brother was
suitable to be in Erudite. Though, Triss
test turned out to be that she is
Divergent, because she ruled out Amity
and Candor. She was told to not tell
anyone, not even her parents. The day,
they were supposed to choose their
factions, Caleb chose Erudite. And Tris
chose Dauntless.
Being down in the ground, she met some
people such as Four, Christina, Will and
Al. Eric, is the leader in the Dauntless
faction. Eric seems to be more strict with
Tris than the others, because he think
that she is not good enough to be in
Dauntless.

While three other candors came in

and transfers, they became Triss
enemies. Theyre names are Peter,
Drew, and Molly. To be accepted in
the Dauntless faction, you have to
pass their three stages of courageous.
Only the top 10 can be in the
Dauntless faction, the others who fail
will become factionless. Tris ended up
capturing the flag, by doing that, she
gained more respect from her fellow
members in Dauntless. Being the
number one ranked on the bulletin,
Tris became a threat to the people
who are under her. Peter and Drew
attacked her with the help of her
friend, Al. Four ended up rescuing Tris
and Al was devastated by what he
realized he have done, so he ended up
killing himself.
