This survey questionnaire is designed to determine the influence of National


Culture on the linkage between Project Management Performance and Project
Success.

The questionnaire is divided into four sections. First section relates to


respondent and some demographic information. Section 2 will help measure
the National Culture influence. Section 3 measures the Project Management
Performance while section 4 is to measure Project Success.
