Sincronizacin del MS con la red

Cuando se prende una estacin mvil (MS) se engancha

a la red en tres pasos:
 Se sintoniza con soporte del FCCH
 Se sincroniza con ayuda del SCH
 Lee la informacin del sistema y la celda desde el
BCCH
Luego, el MS se registra (location update) en la red
