Create Planned Order

Definition:Planned order is the proposal to make product or to procure items.


Planned orders for in house manufactured product indicates the
tentative production plan.
Scheduling, component availability check can be done on planned
order. Once planned order is firmed, it will not be deleted by the
system automatically.
Objective :Production plan is available and one has to schedule the plan across
different production version and resources using the planning Table.
Planned orders are already available, but it might be required to create
planned order manually through while using MF50 transaction. At the
end of this document one will be able to create Planned order through
MF50 transaction code.

MF50 - Change Mode

1.

Press Twice MF50 Change Mode.

Press radio button WkCtr hierarchy

Maintain the following data

Enter value in Work
center hierarchy.
Enter value in Start.
Enter value in End.

Select Month in dropdown

Press tab Scheduling

Note: The top part of the table shows the work centers.
The bottom part of the screen shows the products that can be
manufactured at the work centers and the present production
schedule.

Press in the required row and column where you want to create
your planned order, for example, row PE-1 RX-1 and column 05.11.02

Enter a quantity, for example, 99

10. Press

to create a Planned Order.

12. Press Check button
