Last summer I worked in a voluntary camp, which I came across on

THE Internet. Our mission was rebuilding an old town, which was
completely destroyed because nobody had fixed it for a long time ().
When I arrived, they showed me the place where I had to sleep and
they introduced me to my roommate, Pedro. At first sight, Pedro
looked like a shy, quiet and peaceful guy. He said to me a cold hello,
as if he were angry. Later the organization put me in a team of work in
which Pedro was too, and I thought it will be difficult work with
someone like him and in the beginning it was true.
The first day of work we had to put some big stones near () a wall,
and he didnt move any finger to help us. This situation made me a
little angry but I went on with my work. Two days afterwards he had a
very big arguement with one of the bosses who left the place.
After that the character of Pedro changed at all, and he became into a
funny, talkative and interesting person and we spent a very good
summer together. I discovered that we had a lot of things in common
and, even today, we keep in touch and I think we are going to keep on
being very good friends in the future.
