that IDQ = 0.5 mA and the small-signal voltage
gain = -10.
Calculate fT of the transistor. Given that VDD = +5
V, VSS = -5 V, and RG = 100 k. The transistor
parameters are: VTH = 1.5 V, W/L = 25, nCox/2 =
20 A/V2, = 0, Cgd = 0.04 pF, Cgs = 0.2 pF.
