7th Grade Computer Science Lesson

This lesson plan introduces 7th grade students to computer components and their purposes. On day one, students complete a web quest answering questions about basic computer parts and their functions. On day two, students research and select parts to build their "dream computer" from online retailers. They create an online poster using Glogster to showcase the selected parts and explain their choices. Students are evaluated based on completing the web quest answers and including required elements in their Glogster poster, such as images of parts and explanations for their selections. The goal is for students to gain a thorough understanding of how computer parts work together through an interactive, project-based learning experience.
