1. Change the 'PURPOSE' to the element you want to permanently color, such as 'BRAN', using the CE/BRAN.../Modify/Attributes Global.../ menu.
2. Set the 'Auto Colour RULE' for a specific service by clicking 'Element rules...', selecting the rule location on File/Locations/User-Project-PDMS, entering the name, element type, rule, and description.
3. Choose the INCLUDE option (or other two depending on needs), then click OK. Click the arrow next to 'Rule Name' to select the new rule, add a color and display, and insert the rule into the list by importance using OK. Apply and
