What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this course?

I learned the various body types a person can have and what may help each type
with fitness and health. Along with, I learned about what the human body is actually
doing while a person exercises. Also, I was educated about hydration levels and
different types of liquid that will hydrate the human body best.

How has learning about and applying lifelong wellness concepts impacted
your life (home, school, work, etc.)?

I think that learning about lifelong wellness is essential to school and work because
of the constant stress they can bring. There are many different ways I can better
myself by exercising and practicing lifelong wellness. With that being said, I find
that exercising is the best way to reduce stress and anxiety.

Discuss specific lifelong wellness concepts learned in this course and how you
are going to implement them in your life?

In class we were educated on the different ways working out can prevent many
different injuries later down the road, so I intend on keeping active for the rest of my
life.

General ideas for improving this course?

I think the course is great and doesnt need improving.
