What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this course?

I learned how to bowl in this class. Bowling a sport that can help you to stay active
your entire life as you can bowl into old age. One of the keys of lifelong wellness is
to stay active and healthy. Bowling is a good way to maintain your lifelong wellness.

How has learning about and applying lifelong wellness concepts impacted
your life (home, school, work, etc.)?

Applying lifelong wellness has improved all aspects of my life. Lifelong wellness
makes you feel healthier and better about life. In bowling, you can have a good time
with friends or family while also staying active and practicing lifelong wellness.

Discuss specific lifelong wellness concepts learned in this course and how you
are going to implement them in your life?

Specifically, I learned the lifelong wellness concept of staying active. Bowling is a


good way to stay active and can be played throughout your entire life. I plan to
implement these concepts by continuing to bowl, and stay active throughout my
life.

General ideas for improving this course?


This class could be improved by not requiring an e-portfolio assignment to be
submitted at the end of it.
