Write a paragraph on each of the following:
1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this activity class?

I have learned in this course many valuable information pertaining to lifelong


wellness. This course has taught me the importance of not only exercise but of
wellness. It it important to live a balanced life and always find ways to incorporate
exercise and nutrition. I have learned that we have to take care of our bodies while
working out by monitoring your heart rate.

2. How would you apply this information to your life?


I would and have applied this information to my life, I have bought a heart rate
monitor to monitor if my work outs are in the Cardio zone.

3. What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and why?


I have goals to continue to work out and to keep eating healthy. I believe that by
taking care of our bodies we reduce stress, health problems and just live a much
more happy balanced life.

4. General ideas for improving this course?


I think this class is set up great as it is. If there would be anything I would change it
would have to be have the instructor share some videos with the class pertaining
to health. But other than that everything is great.
