2. How has learning about and applying lifelong wellness concepts impacted your life (home, school,
work, etc.)?
Home: It has taught me better balance in my home and life and. I have learned that making time for
physical activity allows me to focus more while I am home and with my family.
School: Cross Fit taught me to focus more while in school because I was able to release my energy and
be in class while I am attending.
Work: helps me applying more drive behind what I do at work and helps me push for more excellence for
better results.
3. Discuss specific lifelong wellness concepts learned in this course and how you are going to implement
them in your life?
As stated earlier the concepts I would apply from Cross Fit would be drive, focus, motivation and that
push you for the needs in your life.
