1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this course?
I learned a new method of maintaining health throughout my life. While building a new hobby I have
been able to get back into shape and spark a new passion. Because of this course I have been able to be
given a new avenue for working out and maintaining a good health. This course has given me a new love.

2. How has learning about and applying lifelong wellness concepts impacted your life (home,
school, work, etc.)?
Because of what I have been able to learn in this course I will have new survival skills to start. I look for
ways to take a second and do a workout. Be it small or large. Rock climbing is all about taking the
opportunity to make moves. This is applicable in daily life as well.

3. Discuss specic lifelong wellness concepts learned in this course and how you are going to
implement them in your life?
We have all been given a new hobby. And set of pathways that will conInue to encourage us to work
out, stay acIve, and come together over this shared experience. I will be able to take a second and work
out, or be acIve because of the concepts we covered. We learned about when to take leaps and when it
is Ime to plan out small moves, this is applicable everywhere.

4. General ideas for improving this course?


For the future if you would please give a study guide to students for the wri]en nal. It was pre]y much
universal that no one knew what might be on the test, and depending on the day or who long we talked
about things, we may not have covered all the concepts. Remembering that we are in a public area,
someImes it was dicult to hear or understand what was being said.
