Guidelines
1.Applicationsforadmissionmustbesubmittedby1MayfortheFallSemesterand1OctoberfortheSpring
Semester.Applicationssubmittedafteranydeadlinewillbeconsideredforthefollowingsemester.

2.Onlyoneapplicationcanbesubmittedpersemester.

3.Tostartanewapplication,pleasegototheMyApplicationtabandclickonCreateApplication.

4.Selecttheprogramyouwishtoapplyfor,enteryournationalityandclickContinue.Therelevantapplication
formwillbedisplayedbasedonthisinformation.PleasenotethatsomeprogramsareopentoUAENationalsonly.

5.Pleasenotethatscholarshipsareawardedsubjecttoavailabilityandwillbeconfirmedattheconclusionofthe
admissionprocess.Noadditionalapplicationisrequiredtobeconsideredforascholarship.

6.Therearesevensectionstobecompletedintheapplicationform(PersonalDetails,AcademicQualifications,
ScholarshipandEmploymentDetails,HousingandTransport,Referees,Attachments,TermsandConditions).

7.Eachsectionhasmandatoryfieldsthatmustbecompletedbeforetheapplicationcanbesubmitted.

8.IntheAddRefereesection,pleaseprovideaminimumoftworeferees.Werecommendlistinguptofive
potentialrefereestoensurethatatleasttworesponsesarereceived.Whentheapplicationissubmitted,an
automaticemailwillbesenttoeachrefereewithaccesstoanonlinereferenceform.PleasenotethatKhalifa
Universitydoesnotacceptreferencelettersinhardcopyorviaemail.

9.IntheAttachmentssection,pleaseuploadallthemandatorydocuments.Alldocumentssuppliedaspartofthe
applicationprocessarethepropertyofKhalifaUniversityandwillnotbereturnedtothecandidate,regardlessof
theoutcomeoftheapplication.

10.IntheAdmissionsAgreementsection,pleasereadtheTermsandConditionscarefullybeforetickingtoconfirm
thatyouagree.ApplicationswillnotconsidereduntiltheTermsandConditionsareaccepted.
