1.0 Introduction

Barangay patag clinic is one of the oldest existing clinic here in

Cagayan de Oro city. Despite of their reputation. They are using
manual inventory saving for their medicine and other services.
Every day of their service allocates of the population in their
barangay.

1.1 Statement of the problem

1.1.1 General Problem

The general problem of the clinic is that they are using manual saving of their
transactions and inventory of their medicines.

1.1.2 Specific problem

Using of a book of record for a long term business is not a long term solution
for keeping such detailed records.
Using of invoice hard copy for tracking of transaction and inventory
consumes time.

1.2 Current state of Technology

As we conduct our study in their clinic, we found out that they also use excel as
their inventory system.

1.3 Objectives of the study

1.3.1 General Objectives

Our general objective for this study is to apply our software as their new clinic
service and inventory system. We want to help them to maximize their time by the
use of our program.

To develop their own service and inventory system.

To apply our program and help them maximize their time.
