12.1 Dental chair electric power up

Main power switch

Dental chair main power switch is located below the dental chair cushion,
turn the power on the main switch LED will light.

It recommended before starting treatment for the first time every time
the handpiece and spittoon cleaning to flush out waste.

For safety considerations, before leaving the chair after use Always
turn off the power off.

Patient chair before use, make sure the headrest is locked.

NOTE: Danger of collision!

12.1.1 Use the headrest

Headrest angle adjustment knob

￭ Loosen the rotary knob fixed headrest, the headrest bracket that can be
easily adjusted to the position desired by the user.
￭ When the user moves to the desired position, the locking knob fixed

 12.1.2 Safety Switches Function Description
Safety switches have the following settings:

right side), the palm leaves the sensor range, shadowless lamp will
automatically turn off.
(4) In the shadowless lamp lit, the hand moves to the induction direction and
stay within sensing range of about 0.3 to 0.5 seconds (The following figure
shows the right side), keep your hands away, shadowless brightness is
automatically adjusted. Starting reorientation of lightening, as long as the
hand is not removed, shadowless automatically and continuously adjusts the
brightness to the brightest, to emits a short beep sound and up to maximum
brightness, if the hand has not removed automatically and continuously
dimmed shadowless lamp brightness to the darkest, emits a short beep
sound reaches the minimum luminance. Adjust the brightness, have not yet

13. Cleaning Care and maintenance instructions

14. Troubleshooting instructions
14.1 LED Shadowless lamp
￭ Troubleshooting
1). When the lamp brightness is not enough, you can adjust the brightness
using the brightness manual adjustment knob or the induction control
method..
2). Light does not shine, check Remedy:
a. Check whether the LED bulbs burn and power control wiring is off.
b. Use the correct voltage 12~24VAC input.
c. Switch is bad.
d. Check the power control circuit board is faulty.
3). Sensor control insensitive or impossible to control, control methods:
a. Check the power control circuit board and sensor control circuit board is
faulty.
b. Check the sensor control circuit board is well fixed and the correct
position.
c. Different control modes can be set to match your usage habits (as shown
in Figure 1.).

14.2 Treatment table

￭ Troubleshooting
1). Strong or weak suction aspiration occurs when insufficient attractiveness

working pressure gauge whether 2.5kg/cm2 ~ 3kg/cm2.
b. Check foot control valve is stuck.
c. Use instrument tray beneath the pressure adjusting valve be adjusted.

 4). High-speed handpiece, such as water shortage were cutting teeth, excluded
methods are:
a. Use instrument tray beneath the pressure adjusting valve be adjusted.
b. Check foot control valve is stuck.
c. Use water spray three-way syringe tests.
d. Influent water is turned off.

5). Dental Chair, three-way syringe, high-speed handpiece occur no pressure

or no pressure, the problem of exclusion methods are:
a. Check drain tank inside water filter blockages.
b. Check the drainage tank internal pressure valve of the total air pressure
switch is normal to 5kg/cm2.
c. Whether internal curved lines ring true.
d. The air compressor is turned on and running.
14.3 Patient chair
￭ Troubleshooting

1). When the patient chairr position adjustment occurs without any response,
troubleshooting methods are:
a. Check the bottom of the chair cushion, the total power of the power
control box is turned on.
b. Check the mains fuse is intact.
c. The power cord is off.
d. Check the power control board inside the box IC Green PU tube,
switching control of the security lodged presented OFF state.
e. The amount of e measured input voltage is normal.

2). Instrument tray chair position button function disorders, excluded methods
are:
a. Check the foot controller to control chair position, the control switch is
sensitive, no stuck (including O key and S key test).
b. Openers reels, checking key IC board control line is off.
c. Open spittoon drainage box, check each power cable connector is
firmly.
d. Anti-drop safety seat chassis switch examine whether abnormal stuck.
