Fleet Command Guide

This guide is aimed at making you a stronger and better player with increased growth and knowledge of what
does what. Some of it is basic but there are some things even experienced players can take from it. Hope it
helps!

Power
The aim of the game is power. There are various ways to increase your power and to grow at a steady more
accelerated pace. Before I get into that a few tips on basic game play.

Farming
Farming is the term for gathering resources. 2 ways to do this
1) attack players who have more res than their warehouses can protect. This method gives you a broader
spectrum of resource types but be careful you dont lose your ships if they defend. Always attack close by
using speed boosters (accelerate). The other way is to hit the resource nodes dotted around the map.
The ships in these are weak and low in number so dont be scared to go for higher level nodes for faster
resource collection. Always scout these first as they may be stationed by players. If they are you can attack &
kill their troops plus take anything they had mined up to that point. Word of advise though retreat as soon as
you have hit so you dont get them coming back for you.
At all costs avoid green, blue and purple tagged mines
These mines stand out like a sore thumb when players scout the map. I always scout these and if a player is in
them I attack and kill their troops and take their resources. I cant say how long you can mine before the colour
tag changes from red but Id guess 12 hours. Dont leave your ships in a mine when your load is full return and
re-deploy in a different mine. Also dont farm the same node twice in less than 24 hours - again it will change
colour.
Choose mines away a few pages from your base (about 25 miles) and from other players bases.
Lastly on mining nodes have a dedicated farming fleet. This can be a weaker blue or purple level fleet. Dont use
your big hitters to farm, if they get killed then you have a long hard treck ahead of you to rebuild them.

Activity
Most players are active during the day but some are at night too. If you can afford then Id advise putting
up a 12 hour shield throughout the night (a nice boost is to use the resource gathering boosters
in this time while protected, these are given as rewards in the game but you can also make them in the
installation plant.) Log in first thing in the morning to spend your res so nobody can farm it from you. Log in
again
during the day if possible to continue building your ships and other buildings. Finally log in during the evening
and farm like crazy.

Legion Chat
When you log in check legion chat and just say hi. If youre not a big talker no problems but just let people know
you are around - a common courtesy for your team mates. Also while on there have a quick read as often team
mates post co-ordinates for where large stashes of resources can be found.
.Ok now the meaty stuff - Power

Power
Power is an accumulation of the following factors:
1) Size of fleet - (hense important to level as fast as you can as the higher your character level the more ships
you can have in each fleet - doing the missions at bottom of screen and the building tasks ae a good way to
speed this along) Also command level that requires books to upgrade. - this gets very costly as you progress
so try wait for the event where upgrades offer a higher chance of upgrading ( I think there is a monthly event
one for command level that increases your upgrade by 30% success.) Finally Military ranks list (on character
page along with skill, reputation etc) As you kill enemy ships you gain military exploit. Once you hit the correct
level and amount of exploit your level increases and gives you higher command capacity... + 5 ships per level.
2) Skill level - spend your honor medals to improve skill - always level the following first as max prioirity
(Accuracy, agility, critical & Armor) I save my points to concentrate on these 4. I did a comparison by resetting
my skill (28 diamonds) and once Id used the same amount of points but invested into this tree of skills up to
max level according to my character my power grew significantly. So reset and have a try. Any excess I have
put into aircraft carriers and battleships as these are often the ship types that you have 2 sets of in your fleet so
you get more out of your points here. Skill points come from doing the instance, the daily legion events and also
donating to the legion over 2.4m of re. Also other things like winning legion war, events etc.
3) Ships Accessories - found in the accessory workshop. Accessories are obtained from doing the supply line
mission in the war centre. They are also given during events and won from various elements of the game. there
are 4 types of quality but we will just talk about the 3 that are achievable GREEN BLUE PURPLE.
GREEN - basic level accessories. Enhance these with rare earth to increase the power of them but never refit
them.
BLUE - elite level and far superior to the green ones. If you get a blue accessory and already have the same but
in green then unload the green one then hit assemble in the same accessory window. This auto sets the blue
on in its place. Level this again with rare earth. These are also worth refitting although Im saving the
nessessary componants for the next tier as these ingredients to refit take a long time to gather so not to be
wasted.

PURPLE - these are the advanced accessories, and pack some punch to power. They cost more to upgrade so
you will need to alwatys be on the look out for rare earth. These are the ones Im refitting which again adds a
chunk of power.
Decomposing accessories - once you have an accessory thats redundant then decompose it. If this was one
you have upgraded or refit you will have a portion of the ingredients refunded. Also there is green crystals given
to use in the accessory warehouse shop.
Warehouse accessory exchange tab - when using your points in the exchange tab use them wisely. When
looking at the accessory parts the part number 1 & 2 or 3& 4 relates to the slots for your ships. So slot 3 on the
battleship for example is Hull enhancement.
3) Research - focus your research on improving fleets. You can look at storage technology as well to improve
your warehouses to protect more resources.
3) Officers - As you level you aquire officers, souls and training books etc. Choose officers that have fleet bonus
attributes like accuracy, crit, armor where the values are in percentages to level up with your books. These
officers offer a well rounded bonus to all your ships and not just the fleet they are in. Level the basic officers to
30 and then you have the chance to breakthrough here you need 30 souls plus a few other bits (violet medal
which can be purchased in legion shop with contribution points) when they break through they become green or
blue if previously green and so on. Also make sure to spend your elite medals on the best skill the officer has ie
all fleets are granted 1.75% Agilty bonus in the case of officer Kai. Olga is a good one to get from doing the
expedition force.
Keep buying her souls from the expedition shop to eventually breakthrough.

Legion wars

A brief outline about what to do.

Select a fleet according to the battle...more often than not a team leader will say what we are doing and what to
allocate. Evenly matched pre-arranged battles we go purple. Strong enemies we max out our fleets to whatever
you can afford. While on pre-arranged battles only upgrade expert level on the Statistic expert... 3 levels gives
you a chest of ships at the end of the battle. If we are battling in an unarranged fight and/or the enemy are
stronger then upgrade all experts as you like and can afford. To set the fleet go to fleets preset and fill in the
boxes with the desired ships. Also dont forget to set the officers once you set your fleet. The little blue icon top
right toggles between ships and officers. Once your fleet is selected go to the officers and hit recommend
officer this will alocate the best officer based on your fleet set up. When done hit save settings
What ship types should i use?
Id advise having at least one of every type as to the bonus each ship gives to the entire fleet in this case a
purple submarine for example increases critical strike chance +15% for all fleets. Other ships have other
bonuses so thats why you should take 1 fleet of each and double up on 2 others. I am going with 2 aircraft
fleets and 2 subs, 1 battleship and 1 frigate.
Where to allocate them?
There are 2 rows of ships just like normal fleets. The first vertical column is your back row. On these I add subs
and frigates as they have less health and are more squishy and typically the front row take the brunt of the
damage. Front row is the second vertical column, here I put aircraft carriers and battleships due to their HP and
also multiple targets. This may be different for you though so if you click on your purple ships in the dock it will
show you their HP and attack powers etc.
Anything else?
I will be activating my normal boosters such as thermonuclear explosives and small energy shield. If you click
on the blue +^^ symbol next to your character image you can see what boosters you have available to activate.

What is the aim of legion war?

The aim of legion war is to be the first to 500000 resource points which you will see at the top of the screen and
also what the enemy are on. The points are gathered by us holding the resource nodes. 9 giving the most
resources down to 1 giving the least. The order of attack will be strongest players going for the top spots while
the smaller players aim for the lower nodes. At each legion war you will be allocated 2 nodes for your group to
attack. Between those players it is your job to keep the node under our control. There is a cooldown period of
1.5 mins between attacks for your ships to rebuild. You can speed this up with diamond if you wish. There is no
need to do so if we are winning though. If we are completely dominating you can go for any node you like but if
we are losing or neck and neck stick to the plan.
Rewards
The rewards depend upon which node we are battling for. The top spot Jutland gives 50 honor medals for
upgrading your character skills, command books and officer books - thats just for participating. If we win we get

those plus a good officer experience book, parts for upgrading ship accessories and a boost for 24 hours on
your own resources. In this case Jutland is 200% increase so 3 times what you normally get.
If we win Id suggest putting up a shield before you log out that will cover your absence. Some players will be
hunting for resources and knowing we have more than usual eyes will be on us.
HAVE FUN
Dont get bogged down with all the various things to improve on, enjoy the game and try to learn how to be the
best you can be over time.
