TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.

Installation / Commissioning will be in OGDCL scope.

2.

Delivery period for material is 02 months from the date of issuance of Purchase order.

3.

The variation in quantity at the time of order placement will not change the unit cost of
material.

4.

Manufacturer should have experience of 07 years for manufacturing of Cooling Tower.

5.

Bidder / manufacturer must submit a list of his local clients to which equipment of
similar nature has been supplied most recently.

6.

Inspection may be carried out by OGDCL representative, at supplier works, prior to

delivery.

7.

Guarantee / warrantee for the material failure and workmanship, for a period of 01 year
after being taken into service or 18 months after shipment, whichever completes earlier.

8.

The material will be delivered at Dakhni Plant, the delivery charges to Dakhni gas
processing plant to be borne by the supplier / bidder.

9.

90% payment will be made after inspection, receipt of material at site and
commissioning. Remaining 10% payment will be made after 06 months of successful
operation or delivery whichever comes earlier.
