Llewyln v. Medford, 4th Cir. (2002)
No. 01-8073
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western
District of North Carolina, at Asheville. Graham C. Mullen, Chief
District Judge. (CA-01-54-MU)
Submitted:
Decided:
PER CURIAM:
Charles Llewyln appeals the district courts order denying his
Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b) motion to reconsider its denial of relief
under 42 U.S.C.A. 1983 (West Supp. 2001).*
record and the district courts order and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See
Llewyln v. Medford, No. CA-01-54-MU (W.D.N.C. Jan. 29, 2002).
We
dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions
are adequately presented in the materials before the court and
argument would not aid the decisional process.
