1. Differentiate the centralized and non-centralized guidance organization.

There are two types in guidance organizations which are centralized and noncentralized. Centralized organization in which top managers make all the
decisions and lower-level employees simply carry out those orders. The degree
to which decision making is concentrated at single point in the organization while,
the non-centralized is when decision-making is largely dispersed to outlying parts
of the organization. If the school allows different parts of the organization to make
substantial decisions about things like uniform, activities, and subjects and how
they are taught, then decision making is highly non-centralized.
2. Explain the communication/coordination concepts of guidance organization.

Communication/coordination is a major aspect of an organization. Coordination


activities are very important that plays in the organization. Basically its the linking
of the two or more organizational member and units so they can perform the
required functions together well. Coordinating can be achieved by many several
ways such as programming, feedback and culture. Programming is

recommended for the most of the companies top get the suitable plans and guide
our organization. Communication skills and interaction will help the organization
to identify itself as a learning organization. Through feedbacks of these
communication and conversation, you will get the best coordination of the
organization. Also sharing ideas, beliefs and values are assisting the coordination
part of the organization hence it reflects the staff point of view.
3. Discuss in your own words the different guidance personnel.

Guidance personnel are the total persons who are related to guidance program,
the qualities and behaviors presents in every effective guidance personnel are
intellectual competence, energy, flexibility, support, goodwill, self awareness,
awareness of cultural experiences, friendly personable and educated.
