II. OBJECTIVES
At the end of this topic the students will be able to:
1.Identify viable sources of related literature and studies.
2.Differentiate primary, secondary and tertiary sources.
3.Find useful sources on school library,national library,
government and private offices.
III. LESSON PROPER
Define the meaning of source.
Define and discuss the types of sources of Related Literature
and Studies:
a. Primary source: usually a report by the original
researchers of a study (unfiltered sources)
b. Secondary

c. Tertiary source: consist of information which is a
distillation and collection of primary and secondary
sources
IV. ACTIVITY
Group Activity: The divided groups will classify the specific
sources into primary, secondary and tertiary by using a
table/chart provided by the reporter.
