Chichen Itza

Chichen Itza is a legendary Mayan city, founded around


the year 525 A.D., located in southern Mexico, east of the state
of Yucatan, in the municipality of Tinum, on the road to Cancun at
a distance of 120km from Merida.
This impressive Mayan city was declared World Heritage by
UNESCO since 1988, and recently in 2007 became one
of the wonders of the modern world. Chichen Itza is a
wonderful city in every way and worth visiting
