Background Information
I am a second year Chemistry major who has had my sights on biochemistry since before my teenage years. Many
areas of chemistry fascinate me, however, the connection between chemistry and the biological sciences has
maintained its position as the most profound area of study for me. Within that, my specific interest probably resides
somewhere along the lines of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and neuropsychopharmacology.

out samples and preparing them for the centrifuge or chromatograph.
