2016 Rainbow events

Saturday, October 1st Final deadline for projects for 2016 auction, please include a registration sheet
with each donation. Registration sheet is available online or at the drop offs.
You may begin dropping projects off at the following locations beginning September 15th. If you need to
make arrangements to drop your quilt off another time contact us at info@RoH4Hospice.org

October 1st - Dinner ticket sales will begin limited availability. Please contact us at
info@RoH4Hospice.org with any questions. Tickets are $25 each.
October 27th, 28th, 3-6pm & 30th, 12-3pm Quilt Show to determine Viewers Choice Award at
Mountain View United Methodist Church, 1077 Viewpoint Lane, Forest VA. No charge for admission,
votes are $1 each and all money raised goes to benefit Hospice. If you are unable to make the show,
please contact us for an appointment. The quilts will not be available for viewing after the show.
Saturday, November 5th Dinner and Auction
Please join us at Mountain View United Methodist Church on Rte 221 just past Perrowville Road. For

5:00pm Closed dinner, private preview and bidding registration for ticket holders
6:30pm Open to the public for viewing and bidding registration
7:00pm Auction begins!!
