10gdriedyeast
4eggs
500gflour
2teaspoonssalt
175gbutter,cubed(removethebutterfromthefridge30minutesbeforeyouwanttostart.Butterneedsto
beslightlysoft.)
1egg,beaten(foreggwash)

Instructions
1.Combinethemilk,sugarandyeastinthebowlofafreestandingmixerandallowtostandfor5minutes
untilthemixtureiscreamyandstarttofrothslightly.
2.Addtheeggsandbeatwelluntiltheeggsarewellincorporatedandthemixtureislightandcreamy.
3.Slowlyaddtheflourandsaltwiththemixerrunninguntiltheflourhasbeenincorporated.
4.Allowtokneadatmediumspeedforaminute.
5.Slowlyaddthecubesofbutterandkneadforanother5minutes.
6.Thedoughwillbegintopullawayfromthesidesofthebowlandwillclingtothepaddle.
7.Removethedoughandplaceinabutteredbowl.
8.Coverwithclingwrapandallowtorisefor2hours.
9.Placeinthefridgeandallowtostandovernight.
10.Thenextday,removethedoughfromthefridgeandallowtocometoroomtemperature.
11.Dividethedoughinhalfandplaceingreasedloaftins.
12.Allowtoriseforanother2hours.
13.Preheattheovento180c.Brushtheloaveswiththeeggwash.
14.Baketheloavesfor4045minutesuntiltheloavesaregoldenbrownandsoundhollowwhentapped.
15.Removefromtheovenandallowtocool.
