Work as RF Engineer (Drive Test Analysis (DTA) /Post Processor (LTE)) at Glotech Int UAE on
Huawei LBS Project (January 2016 to Present).
Key responsibilities include.
Responsible for SSV and Cluster Pre & Post Testing and Optimization.
Handling customer complaint, issue rectification and final recommendation.
Handling issues Like weak (Coverage, Throughput), (CSFB, IRAT redirection) failure and
Ping delay.
Performed DT logs analysis.
Identify issues like (Coverage Holes, No dominant server, Cross Coverage, PCI Pollution,
and PCI Collision) and perform parameter optimization.
Generated SSV & Cluster Optimization Reports.
During Cluster/SSV Monitoring different KPIs(CSSR, CDR, HOSR, and TCH Traffic etc)
including: RRC Connection Failure Rate, RRC Drop Rate, PDSCH Average Throughput and
intra Frequency HO Success Rate,

For Low Throughput Analyzing Modulation Schemes like 16QAM, 64QAM, QPSK for
downloading and QPSK/16 QAM for Uploading and Transmission Schemes from Logs

(Northern Mindanao, Philippines) on Globe Nemesis Project (NPM) (Huawei/Nokia NSN) (April
2015 to Dec 2015).
Key responsibilities include.
Analysis the log files and Check if the Drive test KPIs meet the requirement. If not identify
the problematic log files. Capture the figure and events (locations, time, identify
problematic cells) send the recommendation to improve quality and coverage
Check the Rx Level and Rx Qual distribution and point out coverage issues like
Coverage hole, Sudden Decrease on Signal Level, Line of Sight Lost
Lack of Dominant Server, Coverage Overlapping, Overshooting,
Recommends Physical Redesign includes Electrical and mechanical tilts modification,
Azimuths modification, Antenna heights changes, antenna type etc.
Responsible for customer complaints department and resolve the issues like weak coverage
and dropped calls by adjusting the cell parameters and recommend redesign if necessary
Submit weekly and Monthly Drive test reports for both 2G,3G and LTE.
Drive tests logs reports have been prepared using Actix Analyzer, Nemo Analyzer, Genex
Assistant, and MapInfo.
Submit Reports for 2G/3G/4G CS/PS Drive Testing.
Responsible for Updating Regional Database which include information on cell level for
both 2G/3G like (BSIC, BCCH, MAIO, Physical Audit, LAC, and Configuration.
Diagnosing all RF related problems in 3G such as Ec/Io, call failures, HO failures, RSCP
Analysis, Soft and hard handover(Inter Rat Handover), Poor BLER, Pilot Pollution.

Observing the particular cell parameters for 2G such as Rx-level, Rx-quality, C/I, C/A, SQI,
BER, FER etc.

Verifying Sector Swap, Cross Feeders in GSM(900,1800) and WCDMA(900,2100) and

resolving them ,

Responsible for reducing congestion and Call drops, improving the IRAT Handover , Soft
Handover, Optimizing the 3G sites by analysing the root-cause and improving the CSSR and
RAB Success rate

Analysis different type of parameters for HSDPA such as CQI, No of Codes Assigned,
CPICH.

Analysis different type of Modulation scheme such as 16QAM, 64QAM, QPSK for
downloading and QPSK for Uploading.

Handling and Providing Solution for Customer Complain for Data Throughput and coverage.
