Worked as senior 3G RNO /SWAP Team Lead with Huawei Pakistan on CMPAK Swap project in Central Region.
Responsibilities Include,
 Leaded 3G Teams consist of 26 team members of SWAP project and Technical Support & customer interface.

Worked as Sr. RF Optimization Engineer for Warid-Huawei SWAP Modernization project.
Responsibilities Include,
 Responsible for SWAP Clusters post optimization on daily basis to meet Pre-define CS & PS KPI’s.
 Worst cell optimization by identifying Hardware issue and escalate this to concerns either optimization will be
done by adjusting soft parameters.
 Recommending parametric changes and preparing WO for TCH /SDCCH re-dimensioning, HR

Worked as National RF Swap Team Leader at SDR ZTE-Telenor swap and handled 70 person RF team nationwide and
successfully swap 7000 swap sites.
Responsibilities Include.
 Provide team leadership and regular communication with customer & team, ensuring team motivation and
efficiency.
 Managerial activities related to RNO engineers feedback, roll out site cluster optimization and cell site KPI
measurements.
 Responsible for leading team members to carry out network optimization activities national wide.
