Analyzing the monthly drive test such as areas with low throughput, bad RSRP, bad SINR, abnormal
releases and RRC reestablishment rejects
Generating & Analyzing Daily Performance report, Daily change report and Weekly worst cells.
Network Parameter Audit and data configuration from OMSTAR.
Perform KPI's Formulas, activate counters on PRS &perform KPI's templates using Dashboards on Excel.
Analyzing traces such a UUTrace, S1Trace, X2Trace, Cell Monitoring Trace, and User Monitoring Trace.
 Escalating trouble tickets with GTAC & headquarters and keep following it till the closure of trouble ticket,
analysis of IMSI Traces & Call History Records (CHR) & (BRD Log).
Suggesting new sites/sectors for poor coverage areas based on Unet/Atoll tools predictions.
Extensive knowledge in Functionality and configuration of Huawei LTE RAN L11, Idle Mode Behavior,
Radio Connection Supervision, Power Control, Scheduling, Capacity Management, Handover (Intra - LTE
IRAT), ANR, Channel Switching.
Identify the cross-feeder issues rectify it through the PCI.
Monitoring and troubleshooting special events such as Feast & Ramadan events and Database/NBR
