I. INVESTIGATE BACTERIAL GROWTH

There are millions of microorganism living on and inside the human body.
These are bacterial and live nearly everywhere. Let us find out what affects their
growth by doing the following experiment.
PROCEDURE:
a. Get a clean 6 glass container and label each container 1-6.
b. Dissolve 2 BEEF BOUILLON cubes in 600 ml of hot water. Measure then
pout 100 ml of this solution into the 6 glass container you labeled 1 to 6.
c. Add a TEASPOON of SALE to container 1 and 2, a TEASPOON of VINEGAR
to container 3 and 4, and do not ADD ANYTHING on the solution on the
container 5 and 6.
d. Observe these solutions after 48 hours.
II. DOCUMENT (photos) from the start of your activity until the time you observe for
any possible growth on each containers (1 to 6).
III. DESCRIBE the growth on each of the container you will observe after 48 hours.
