Detail Activity/Work
1. Pre-cleaning with cleaning componens from oil,grease,dust and
other deposite with cleaner/degreaser and than wipe with clean
cotton.
2. After surface componen clean and dry from liquiq claner/removal
spray dye penetrant be spread evenly suface componen.Waiting
for 15 minutes.
3. Cleaning dye penetrant with clean cotton had soaked by
cleaner/removal.Dont spray liquid cleaner/removal directly to
surface componen to cleaning dye penetrant.
4. Spray developer be spraed evenly surface componen with distance
approximately 15 cm.Shake developer before to used
5. Look crack indication in surface componen.Take photo for
documentation and reported.
Note:This inspection must do by NDT minimum level 1 certificate
