VISA GUIDELINES.

For all those applying for visas into Dubai for the forthcoming Omega Dubai Ladies Masters2016 to be held between 4th December 2016 & 10th Decmebr 2016 may we remind you of
the following critical requirements which have to be complied with, failing which your entry
visa will be rejected by the immigration authorities.
1. Ensure that you have submitted full & correct documentation as listed in the visa application
document. Needless to say we will not be submitting applications where full & correct
documentation has not been provided.
2. If you have been in Abu Dhabi for the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship & are leaving the
country, please ensure that the Immigration authorities stamp you out & properly record your
exit from the country on the Immigration system. You may wish to inform the authorities on
departure that you will be applying for a fresh visa almost immediately to allow for your entry
to the Omega Dubai Ladies Masters. Should this be not done we will be unable to process your
visa.
3. Should you have been issued a visa for entry by the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship & have
subsequently decided not to use such visa for any reason, please ensure that such visa issued is
cancelled & properly registered on the system. This will need to be done by the sponsor of your
visa at Abu Dhabi. If an issued visa is not cancelled we will be unable to process your visa
application
4. The Deadline date of 3rd November 2016 has already been issued & we will not accept any
visa applications after the deadline as this does not allow us sufficient time to process the
documentation & application forms require.
Please note that if any visa applications cannot be processed by us due to any of the above
mentioned reasons you will have to try & obtain a visa directly. The best way to do this is to
attempt to apply directly through the hotel where you will be staying.
Finally, please appreciate & understand that we can only submit your application. We have no
control whatsoever on visa issuance by the Immigration Authorities & we are unable to
indicate how much time these visas will take to be issued. Therefore as has been done in
previous years it is pointless to call & continuously remind us about the status of your
application. Let me assure you that we maintain a constant follow up but beyond that we are
powerless to influence the issuance of a visa.
