Joshi,
This is reference to your meeting at our Delhi Head office on December
11,2015. You could not achieve your target for November Month as per your
Business Plan submitted on 21ST October . You also agreed that you could not
meet your action plan on November 2015.
After mutual discussion a revised target plan has been finalized for month of
December, stating following points Target for Dec15:

Have to Finalize one distributor till 20/12/2015 in Jaipur.

Have to appoint 6 dealers by the end of this month after finalizing

distributor

Have to appoint one distributor in Kota at the end of this month

Minimum sale target for this month: 10L

We are waiting for finalization of distributor till 20th December. In case you
fail to appoint distributor by 20th December then the company have right to
take action against you and your services can be terminated at any time
after giving 7 days notice as per your appointment letter clause no.10.
Please make your action plan accordingly.
