If your child has not as yet advised Mrs Dorahy that they will be bringing an animal
please let the office know ASAP. The animal must be born after 1st July 2016.
Calves are judged on rearing and leading. Lambs are judged on rearing, leading &
calling. Goats are judged on rearing, leading & calling. There is also the option to bring
a pet which can include rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, chickens etc, all pets must be in a

The tents and animal rings need to be put up on Wednesday 19th October from 3.30pm onwards.
If you are able to help with this, please contact Michele Martin tractormartin1@vodafone.co.nz.
Please advise if you are able to help dismantle tents after the event for hour on Thursday
afternoon. If anybody would like to help with marshalling etc, please contact Michele Martin on
the above email.

If anyone is able to set out the food, make the tea, serve food and then
clean up afterwards, please contact the office.
